Misty’s Story
Misty joined our company with a passion for serving residents and building strong teams as a Property Manager. Through hard work, leadership, and a commitment to excellence, she has grown into our Director of Property Management, helping lead operations across our entire portfolio.
Her journey reflects what we believe—that leadership isn’t determined by where you start, but by your willingness to grow.
Mitchell’s Story
Mitchell started as a Maintenance Technician with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. As he mastered every aspect of apartment maintenance and earned the trust of his teammates, he continued to take on new challenges. Today, as our Regional Maintenance Manager, he leads maintenance operations across multiple communities while mentoring the next generation of technicians.
His story shows what’s possible when hard work meets opportunity.
Kai’s Story
Kai started her career with us as a Leasing Consultant, helping prospective residents find the perfect home. By embracing new challenges, continuously learning, and putting residents first, she advanced to Assistant Property Manager and now leads one of our apartment communities as Property Manager.
Her journey reflects what we believe every day: when we invest in great people, great leaders emerge.
